We are looking for a Team Manager to join our B2B Sales team and lead one of our Third Party Intermediary (TPI) teams. The role focuses on expanding our TPI channel to drive new business and meet forecasted growth. Responsibilities include managing the team’s day-to-day operations, developing relationships with energy consultants, brokers, and intermediaries, and leading complex TPI opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to retain existing business and attract new opportunities.

- Manage the TPI team’s daily activities.

- Develop the channel sales strategy with senior management.
