About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at CV Bay Ltd. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a friendly, efficient manner.
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on issues as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
