About the Role:

CMR Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to support our client's dynamic Global team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier customer support to US-based clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize industry-leading software, such as Sage and Salesforce CRM, to manage customer accounts, transactions, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices to enhance customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
