HR Administrator Role

Reed Crawley is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our client in East Grinstead. The successful candidate will provide essential support in various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and preparing job offer contracts.
  2. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  3. Provide support for payroll processing when necessary, including record updates and information verification.
  4. Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed.
  5. Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
  6. Assist with the organisation of training sessions.
  7. Help organise and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  2. Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  4. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
