Working hours 08.00-14.00 Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of HRIS systems.
- Manage social media platforms for HR-related content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus.
- Experience within a school or MAT is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with social media management for professional purposes is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Workday or other HR software is a plus.
