Job Title: HR Compliance Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Markerstudy Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a range of key compliance processes, including controls testing, audit management, and compliance with legislation and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and review HR risks and controls, propose and implement solutions in conjunction with the Operational Excellence team.
- Conduct controls testing, including identifying recommendations, completing reports, and process improvements.
- Manage audits, including conducting audits and reviewing audit reports.
- Implement internal and external audit report recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory processes, including the Senior Managers & Certification Regime and Visas and Right to Work.
- Monitor compliance with processes and agreed SLAs.
- Drive and implement change.
- Support the review of HR process guides and ensure they are regularly updated.
- Support the integration/implementation of HR Operations processes.
- Adhere to FCA and Data Protection Regulations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of HR Admin processes.
- Senior Managers & Certification Regime knowledge.
- Admin processing and knowledge of Visas and right to work documentation.
- Proven track record in busy and complex administration or compliance role.
- Key risks and controls testing experience.
- Managing HR projects.
- Able to work on own initiative and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to present projects and information clearly and concisely.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience of working with HR systems.
- Good computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
