About the Role:

At Markerstudy Group, our HR Service Centre provides HR Administration support services to our network of HR Business Partners, Managers, and employees across the Group. We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Co-ordinator to join our team and support the management and implementation of key compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and review HR risks and controls, propose and implement solutions in conjunction with the Operational Excellence team.
  • Conduct controls testing, including identifying recommendations, completing reports, and process improvements.
  • Conduct audits and review internal and external audit report recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory processes, including the Senior Managers & Certification Regime and Visas and Right to Work.
  • Monitor compliance with processes and agreed SLAs.
  • Drive and implement change initiatives.
  • Support the review of HR process guides and ensure they are regularly updated.
  • Support the integration/implementation of HR Operations processes.
  • Adhere to FCA and Data Protection Regulations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of HR Admin processes.
  • Senior Managers & Certification Regime knowledge.
  • Admin processing and knowledge of Visas and right to work documentation.
  • Proven track record in busy and complex administration or compliance role.
  • Key risks and controls testing experience.
  • Managing HR projects.
  • Able to work on own initiative and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present projects and information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Well-organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience of working with HR systems.
  • Good computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
