Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of required items and booking transportation considering commercial awareness and best price.
  • Raising PO's for logistics ensuring pricing is recorded for efficient payment
  • Plan and oversee the transportation of goods, including international and domestic shipments.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the efficient movement of materials and parts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with couriers.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with company procedures.
  • Ensuring all goods are imported and exported correctly in accordance with HMRC regulations, controlling records and audit trail. Preparation and leading of HMRC Audits
  • Participating in regular customs compliance training to ensure the company is compliant at all times
