ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

We are seeking a dedicated professional who is eager to enhance DMC Healthcare's Radiology Service Team and contribute to the broader organizational objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence care delivery through active participation in decision-making processes.

All responsibilities will be conducted remotely, allowing for adaptable working hours.

POSITION OVERVIEW

DMC Healthcare is in search of a dynamic and driven Consultant Radiologist who has completed subspecialty training in diagnostic neuroradiology to join our esteemed team.

Key qualifications, experience, and skills required include:

  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Radiology and/or inclusion on the Specialist Register in Clinical Radiology
  • Completion of general training in Radiology and Diagnostic Neuroradiology at a recognized institution
  • Expertise in a subspecialty area of neuroradiology, with a commitment to further development
  • Willingness to engage in clinical governance and audit initiatives
  • Flexible working arrangements to suit personal preferences.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with clinical, allied medical, and managerial teams to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
  • Conduct all activities in compliance with contractual obligations and the organization's operational policies.
  • Alongside fellow Consultant Neuroradiologists, deliver a high-quality diagnostic neuroradiology service, sharing responsibilities for service coverage.
  • Participate in audit initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Assist in the management of the neuroradiology department and the broader clinical radiology care group.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential Qualifications & Training

  • Primary medical degree
  • Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) or equivalent
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council, including a valid license to practice
  • Inclusion on the Specialist Register or eligibility for admission within six months of the interview
