POSITION OVERVIEW

DMC Healthcare seeks a proactive and driven Consultant Radiologist who has completed subspecialty training in diagnostic neuroradiology to join our esteemed group.

Required qualifications, experience, and competencies include:

  • Full registration with the GMC
  • CCT in Radiology and/or inclusion on the Specialist Register in Clinical Radiology
  • Completion of general training in Radiology and Diagnostic Neuroradiology at a recognized institution
  • Experience and expertise in a subspecialty of neuroradiology, with a willingness to further develop these skills
  • Commitment to engaging in clinical governance and audit initiatives
  • Flexible working arrangements to suit personal preferences.

WORK LOCATION

Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with clinical, allied medical, and managerial colleagues to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
  • Ensure all work aligns with contractual obligations and adheres to the Trust's operational policies.
  • Alongside fellow Consultant Neuroradiologists, provide a premier diagnostic neuroradiology service, sharing responsibility for service coverage.
  • Contribute to ongoing audit programs.
  • Assist in the management of the neuroradiology department and the broader clinical radiology care group.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential Qualifications & Training

  • Primary medical degree
  • FRCR or equivalent qualification
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council and a valid license to practice
  • Inclusion on the Specialist Register or eligibility for admission within 6 months of the interview
