About the Role:

As an Advanced Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals who may display behaviors of concern in a sensitive and person-centered way. You will work as part of a core team to deliver a person-centered support plan, documenting and maintaining accurate records of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with complex needs, including those with Autism and self-injurious behaviors
  • Working in a challenging environment, requiring resilience and ability to cope with difficult situations
  • Providing person-centered support to empower individuals to gain life skills and independence
  • Administering medication and supporting individuals in line with our core values
