Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hexagon Care Services. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the care team and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in residential care.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists and therapy teams, to establish appropriate boundaries and manage challenging behaviors.

Requirements:
