About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire and Security Chief Engineer to join our team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality fire and security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide guidance and support to engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Service Delivery
    • Ensure that all fire and security services are delivered to the highest standard and meet customer expectations
    • Monitor and report on service performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase revenue
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's services and products
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed and that the company is compliant with relevant laws and regulations
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the business and its customers
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fire and security engineering role
    • Proven track record of leading a team and delivering high-quality services
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems and technologies
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Full UK driving licence
    • Clean criminal record as all engineers must be DBS checked
