Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire and Security Chief Engineer to join our team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, meeting their expectations and requirements.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of engineers, identifying areas for improvement and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities, working with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the fire and security industry.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of engineers.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with experience of working with CCTV, fire, access control, and intruder systems.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
