About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire and Security Chief Engineer to join our team at Complete Security Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality fire and security solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of fire and security projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Develop and implement engineering procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on engineering performance metrics to ensure the team is meeting its targets and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire and security engineering, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder detection
  • Full UK driving license and clean criminal record, as a DBS check will be required
