Job Summary:

We are seeking a Fire and Security Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team and provide technical expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire and security systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fire and security engineering, with experience in managing teams and leading projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering team and provide technical guidance and support
  • Design, install, and maintain fire and security systems
  • Manage projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement engineering standards and procedures
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fire and security engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems
  • Experience in managing teams and leading projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel within the UK ( occasional overnight stays)
