Job Overview

Position: Vulnerable Customer Care Advisor

Pertemps Network Group is collaborating with a prominent Financial Services organization that is seeking to enhance its workforce.

As part of the Vulnerable Customer department, you will play a crucial role in the organization, offering support and advice to clients who require additional assistance.

This position is particularly suitable for individuals who possess a nurturing and compassionate disposition.

It presents an excellent opportunity for those currently engaged in Care or Nursery roles looking to transition into a new career path.

Compensation: £23,500 per annum

  • Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (post initial training period)
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, availability for 1 Saturday per month from 8 AM to 2 PM is required)
  • Annual Leave: 28 days (increasing to 31 days after 5 years of service)
  • Pension Scheme: Contributions of 5% from the employee and a minimum of 4% from the employer
  • Life Insurance: Coverage of 3 times the annual salary

In your role as a Vulnerable Customer Care Advisor, you will manage both inbound and outbound communications, aiming to assist clients during challenging times.

You will receive exceptional training designed to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your position.

Upon completion of training, you will integrate into a Voice team and become an integral part of our broader Collections unit.
