About the Role

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Vulnerable Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with the aim of providing guidance and advice to customers who require extra support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to vulnerable customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support across the team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and vulnerability support.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our team by sharing your ideas and expertise.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £23,500 per annum.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days spent in our office and 2 days working from home (after 3 months).
  • A 37.5-hour working week, with a flexible shift pattern (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) and 1 Saturday per month (8am-2pm).
  • 28 days of annual leave (increasing to 31 days after 5 years).
  • A pension scheme with 5% employee contributions and a minimum of 4% employer contributions.
