The successful candidate will work within our Vulnerable Customers department, providing essential support to customers through inbound and outbound calls.
We offer a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills required to excel in this role.
As a valued member of our Collections team, you will have the opportunity to develop a long-term career with a leading company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide support to vulnerable customers
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the success of the Collections team
