Stock Control Specialist

How will you contribute to our success?

You will oversee the management of all cash operations and inventory processes, ensuring the efficient daily functioning of the boutique's cash operations and stock management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1: Daily Cash Operations Oversight

Ensures adherence to all financial protocols
- Conducts all opening and closing cash operations
- Processes all transactions and monitors payment follow-ups
- Manages deposits, VAT-exempt sales, and refunds
- Generates and submits cash operation reports
- Collaborates with the financial back office
- Supplies necessary documentation to the finance department
- Regularly verifies the cash operation balance

2: Daily Inventory Management

Oversees all stock transfers
- Assesses the quality of stock transfers
- Handles client reservations
- Manages consignment processes
- Prepares items for display
- Implements price labeling
- Adjusts pricing as needed
- Coordinates all omni-channel orders from an inventory management perspective

3: Inventory Audits

- Conducts annual counts, cycle counts, and spot checks
- Oversees additional inventory requests (certificates, stones, etc.)

4: Regulatory Compliance

Ensures that cash operations and inventory handling comply with all regulatory standards
- Communicates updates on procedures and guidelines to the team

HOW WILL YOU ACHIEVE SUCCESS WITH US?

Proficient in English, with a strong command of both spoken and written language (including spelling proficiency) Customer service-oriented, with experience in the luxury sector Background in administrative roles with strong organizational skills

Technical Skills and Competencies

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Knowledgeable in watchmaking, jewelry techniques, and Cartier products Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with SAP is advantageous Strong proficiency in IT systems and applications is essential
