Role Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Interim Office Coordinator to become a part of our client's team. This full-time role is based in their regional office. As an Office Coordinator, you will be essential in facilitating the efficient execution of daily administrative functions.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:
1. Responding to inquiries from suppliers, internal stores, and customers
2. Entering supplier invoices into the system
3. Generating credits for stores and customers
4. Verifying customer invoices against store purchase orders for discrepancies
5. Following up on outstanding debits

Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous office experience is not mandatory, but it is advantageous
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Capability to perform under pressure
