Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, administration, and delivery of conferences, events, and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Create promotional materials to effectively market upcoming events.
- Maintain ongoing communication with external partners to coordinate logistics and address their requirements.
- Manage event listings and keep the events page updated across different platforms.
- Assist in budget management, ensuring proper allocation and tracking of expenses.
- Adhere to established procedures to guarantee compliance and efficiency in event operations.
- Provide assistance to colleagues during absences to ensure continuity of service.
- Report to the Events and Conference Coordinator, offering updates on event status and identifying potential improvements.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or administrative roles is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for event promotion.
