We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team.

As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring their success from conception to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
- Develop event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed within specified deadlines.
- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and seeking cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts, including invitations, social media, and advertising.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in event coordination or planning.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £22,883.00-£23,937.00 per year
