**Events Coordinator (12-month fixed term contract)**

From our winners’ presentations to our annual team events your position will have a key role in the planning and delivery of our internal and external events.

**Your tasks**
- Coordinate and lead events from conception through to delivery
- Lead event briefings
- Venue, location and supplier sourcing
- Develop and maintain stakeholder and supplier relations
- Work collaboratively with departments across the business such as TV, Marketing, Charities and HR

**Your qualities**
- You’re a team player with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
- You’re level-headed, with the ability to make on the spot decisions and action them confidently.
- You are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- You have relevant experience in planning and delivering medium to large sized events
- You are able to demonstrate an understanding of events health and safety

**Your future department**:
The in-house events team plan and deliver all of our internal and external events and celebrations, including the prestigious annual Charity Gala and special team events. They are also behind our monthly Postcode Millions events and all of our Street Prize presentations.
