We are looking to recruit an experienced events co-ordinator to work on a range of events and awards across the UK. This position's primary duties include supporting the events team with administrative tasks and organising the event's operational details to ensure speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and delegates receive top-notch care.

**About you**

You will coordinate the administration and delivery of several important live CIH events throughout the year while working as a member of a geographically dispersed UK events team. Our virtual events and webinars will be delivered by you using a variety of online platforms. You must be a proactive, organised individual with knowledge of organising high-calibre conferences and events.

You must have expertise in creating administrative systems, including the skilful use of the CRM, as well as a strong foundation in executing the operational aspects of sponsorship and exhibition. Experience in events marketing would be desirable.

As an administrator, you should be highly organised, driven, and successful, with a track record of delivering events and providing excellent customer service. We need you to be a strong relationship manager who can effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including speakers, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, suppliers, and our events team located throughout the UK.
