Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at Front FM Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance of our facilities
  • Manage service contracts with external providers to ensure that our facilities are properly maintained and repaired
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction, to minimize our environmental impact
  • Lead major energy projects to reduce our carbon footprint and improve our energy efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and maintain ISO standards
  • Collaborate with our finance team to create budgets and track expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage a team of facilities staff to ensure that our facilities are properly maintained and operated
  • Maintain positive relationships with our tenants and contractors to ensure that our facilities meet their needs
  • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of facilities management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Qualifications in Facilities or Building Services Management
  • Background in M&E systems, compliance, and contract management
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
