About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a key member of our FM commercial team, you will be responsible for managing our multi-year Defence contract covering London & the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a senior team in managing our Core Delivery (high volume maintenance and lifecycle refurbishment projects) across 90 different military sites.
  • Ensure accounts and commercial procedures are adhered to and compliant, sufficient resources are in place, all contractual administration is undertaken correctly, and requirements are understood.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage a regional portfolio in excess of £100m and lead a team of 5 direct reports.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial matters and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years' experience in commercial management, preferably in Facilities Management - Hard Services.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to lead a senior team.
  • Strong commercial management pedigree, with experience of managing complex, high volume maintenance or FM contracts.
  • Professional membership to RICS.
