Senior Commercial Manager

Job Summary
Vinci Facilities is seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead our FM commercial team dedicated to our multi-year Defence contract covering London & the South East.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our Core Delivery (high volume maintenance and lifecycle refurbishment projects) across 90 different military sites ensuring accounts and commercial procedures are adhered to and compliant.
- Ensure sufficient resources are in place, all contractual administration is undertaken correctly, and requirements are understood.
- Lead a senior team with a certain element of gravitas and have a proven QS/ Commercial background in Facilities Management - Hard Services.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- A proven Facilities Management background.
- Proven commercial management pedigree years' experience.
- Proven understanding of complex, high volume maintenance or FM contracts.
- Experience of managing a regional team (5 direct reports).
- Experience of managing a regional portfolio in excess of £100m.
- Significant contract knowledge and associated contract administration and negotiations.
- Professional membership to RICS.
