About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital analytics function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the data engineering team to prioritize data models and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, trading, and other digital functions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing analytics role within an e-commerce or retail business.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing analytics core concepts (e.g., ROAS, CAC, acquisition, impressions).
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to adapt presentation style to audience.
  • Passion for data and natural curiosity for uncovering informative insights.
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies and their impact on customer and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to work autonomously and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
