Position Summary:

As the CRM Manager, you will partner closely with the Head of Marketing to formulate and implement comprehensive CRM strategies. Being one of the foundational members of the CRM team, you will play a pivotal role in this all-encompassing position. The brand views this channel as a significant growth opportunity, and with strong support from leadership, there is a commitment to invest in and expand this area rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the email and multi-channel communication strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Oversee the creation, management, optimization, and analysis of email campaigns, including both triggered and mass outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to maintain the customer and professional database, emphasizing retention and engagement.
  • Develop compelling content aimed at generating demand, enhancing upselling and cross-selling efforts, while also fostering brand loyalty and customer retention.
  • Establish a testing roadmap based on anticipated business impact.
  • Craft a customer lifecycle strategy tailored to various personas.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an email marketing or CRM capacity, preferably within a tech or marketplace environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through owned communication channels.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho, Braze, Adobe, Salesforce, or Bloomreach.
  • Comfortable navigating diverse briefs and exercising a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across various teams within the organization.
  • A data-driven mindset complemented by excellent strategic and analytical capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing automated lifecycle campaigns.
