We are seeking an experienced Executive Reward Manager to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our reward team, you will be responsible for managing and driving the executive reward process for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of papers, working materials, and backup analysis for the yearly remuneration committee and Annual General Meeting cycle.
  • Manage analysis and draw conclusions for target setting, remuneration benchmarking, and valuation of benefits and equity awards.
  • Provide support for the assessment, design, implementation, and review of the global career framework at senior levels.
  • Perform industry and financial research related to compensation strategy and design.
  • Identify best practices and emerging trends in executive compensation, including regulatory, legislative, and shareholder developments.
  • Develop pay structures and incentive designs that support business strategy.
  • Standardize policies and processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and appropriate protection.
  • Work with Group Finance to track and report reward metrics accurately.

You should have a passion for analytic and pragmatic problem-solving, as well as the ability to see the broader picture and how reward fits into business strategy.
