We are seeking a talented International B2B Digital Marketing Strategist to shape and implement digital customer engagement activities across our international markets. This role will be instrumental in driving Elanco's digital marketing transformation by establishing campaign strategies, KPIs, and frameworks that enhance the veterinary customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Identify emerging digital engagement trends and transformative initiatives within the industry.
    • Develop and own strategic customer journeys and project deployments to optimize the customer experience.
    • Champion automated multi-touch customer strategies that drive business value and enhance customer relationships.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to build technical foundations for personalized customer journeys, leveraging data and technology effectively.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Utilize Agile – Scrum methodology to ensure efficient project management and timely delivery of initiatives.
    • Shape end-to-end acumen and backlog development to elevate commercial excellence within the marketing function.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Create pilot campaigns and manage A/B testing processes to continuously optimize campaign performance and identify best practices.
    • Develop innovative digital product launch approaches that differentiate Elanco in the market and drive customer engagement.
    • Optimize marketing and sales rep engagement through strategic campaign design, fostering collaboration and shared success.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting:
    • Leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decision making. Analyze results to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B strategies and execution.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change management programs and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working within the animal health industry is highly desirable.

  • A passion for driving business results in challenging environments and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience developing Customer Lifecycle Journey maps and understanding customer behavior across touchpoints.
  • Ability to effectively steer campaign strategy across multiple digital channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer experience.
  • Understanding of the impact of customer behaviors and emerging technologies within the animal health sector.
