Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Region International. This role will shape Elanco's Digital Marketing Transformation and help establish the foundational framework, campaign strategy, and KPIs to maximize the value of the Veterinary customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive business results across the organization.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Customer Engagement Global team, Elanco IT, and Sales and Marketing leaders to advance our commercial-centric digital vision.
  • Ensure the execution of automated processes and adoption of Elanco's multi-year transformation to an omnichannel customer engagement model.
  • Develop and implement communications approaches that drive a closed marketing loop between sales and marketing.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert in enabling customer interactions with holistic multichannel engagement and customer segmentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B.
  • Track record of change management programs and influencing an organization without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Customer Lifecycle Journey development to deliver customer engagement across the buyer's journey.
  • Experience with monitoring campaign performance, identifying areas for campaign optimization, and communicating recommendations to business partners.
  • Experience steering campaign strategy to align communications across multiple channels.
  • Ability to direct impactful engagement messaging at each stage of the buying cycle from acquisition and lead generation to conversion.
