Job Summary

The B2B Digital Marketing Strategist will play a critical role in advancing our commercial-centric digital vision, enabling the governance, process, and technology to drive business results across the organization. This role will work cross-functionally with the Customer Engagement Global team, Elanco IT, and Sales and Marketing leaders across our top 10 International affiliates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that drives customer engagement and business results.
  • Design and execute thought leadership initiatives to expand Elanco's digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Partner with IT to build the technical foundation for personalized customer journeys.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns to drive business value and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate commercial excellence and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B.
  • Proven track record of change management programs and influencing an organization without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Customer Lifecycle Journey development and digital product launch approaches.
  • Knowledge of technology platforms for content distribution, mobile technologies, and digital design.
  • Understanding of how customer behaviors and technology are impacting animal health.
