About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities to join our team at Royal Free London Property Services Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of estates, facilities, property, and capital support services at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations and drive service improvements aligned with our corporate vision.
  • Foster a cultural shift that enhances patient experience and maintains a safe and compliant environment.
  • Develop and deliver site-specific strategies in accordance with statutory and mandatory drivers.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in the delivery of estates and facilities management services.
  • Provide operational leadership for the Hard & Soft FM service level agreement.
Requirements
  • Significant and relevant experience in estates or facilities operational management at a senior level in both the public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
  • Master's degree in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering, facilities management or equivalent.
  • Chartered Membership of an appropriate institution in engineering, facilities management, surveying, building or equivalent.
