Role Overview: EMEA FP&A Manager

We are on the lookout for an EMEA FP&A Manager to become an integral part of our Eurasia Finance team.

This position is pivotal in steering the financial planning and analysis operations across the EMEA region specifically for our Capital Markets division. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively to enhance the financial performance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end closing process from an FP&A perspective, including data collection, revenue and expense analysis, and participation in business review meetings.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives for the EMEA Capital Markets sector.
  • Analyze the EMEA Capital Markets pipeline to pinpoint risks and opportunities, providing valuable insights to leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports along with performance analyses.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Assist the Eurasia CM Head of Finance with various ad-hoc requests and analyses.
  • Provide analytical support to business and finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with the EMEA CM Hotels division to deliver valuable management information and support decision-making processes.
  • Drive continuous enhancements in financial processes, systems, and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role with a strong background in management accounting.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels and experience in a matrix structure.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to timely project completion.
