About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Media Lead to join our team at Starcom. As a key member of our Performance Retail team, you will be responsible for driving traffic and sales to our clients' businesses through strategic and activation approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our LEGO Brand Retail team to develop and execute performance media strategies across Paid Social and Programmatic Display & Video.
  • Lead a team of performance media specialists and be the senior point of contact for the client, accountable for all delivery within the Performance Retail team.
  • Work across all global regions, with a hub-based team in London and support in Mumbai.
  • Collaborate with LEGO's in-house paid search team and oversee in-market activation in South Korea and Japan.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and strategically focused, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple-to-understand terms for clients.
  • Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure.
  • Analytical, with a focus on driving commercial return and identifying opportunities in data from a variety of sources.
  • Someone who can excel in a fast-paced, multi-client environment requiring a blend of technical, analytical and commercial knowledge.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excellent at problem-solving.
  • Be hungry to learn new things, explore new topics and share with a wider audience.
  • Not be afraid to take ownership for projects. Get involved and step into the detail when necessary.
  • Have pride in their output and maintain standards and governance.
