Position: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £28,000.00
Hours: 45 /week Monday - Friday + SATs if required (paid at overtime)
Join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor with one of the UK's foremost specialists in Accident and Collision Repair.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities will include scheduling vehicle repairs, preparing necessary documentation, and providing timely updates on the status of repairs. You will also manage the allocation of courtesy vehicles and handle financial transactions, ensuring meticulous attention to banking and security protocols.
As the initial contact for our customers, you will collaborate closely with clients, the repair facility, and any relevant third parties to guarantee a superior customer experience.
