Kandhu Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join their team in a manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of HR activity, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of Human Resources, including employee onboarding, training, and development.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage employee communications, including company-wide announcements and employee recognition programs.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, company policies, and procedures.
