Position Overview

As a Client Support Specialist at Skillframe Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, organized into three distinct shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding service inquiries.
  • Efficiently allocate service requests to the appropriate technical staff.
  • Maintain and update internal computer systems to reflect accurate service information.
  • Handle incoming calls from both clients and engineers, documenting service requests in our proprietary software.
  • Generate work and access permits as needed.
  • Update third-party electronic data systems and internal databases.
  • Track and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Initiate Planned Preventative Maintenance requests when required.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks within the department.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Office365 applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Experience in coordinating schedules for technical staff is preferred.
Additional Information

This role includes a rotational schedule requiring availability for one Saturday afternoon every three weeks, with overtime compensation provided.

The salary for this position is £28,000.00, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses.
