- Compile month-end sales ledger summaries.
- Examine billing information to pinpoint discrepancies and uphold charge precision.
- Support billing teams with invoice preparation, client onboarding, and contract oversight.
- Deliver timely assistance to clients regarding billing questions and problem resolution.
- Introduce process enhancements to boost billing efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations in all billing tasks.
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee billing accuracy.
- Effectively address customer complaints and inquiries.
- Maintain records and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Assist in reconciling customer accounts.
- Prepare and present analytical reports to management.
- Support the monthly and quarterly auditing processes.
- Promptly rectify any billing errors or issues.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Billing Specialist or comparable role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and perform well under pressure.
- Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
