Job Title: Part-time Legal Secretary (Employment)

Location: London

Working Arrangement: 3 days (Flexible)

Salary: £36,000 to £38,000 (Pro-Rata)

About Ryder Reid Legal: As a renowned law firm, we are seeking a part-time legal secretary to join our team on a permanent basis at our London office.

Role Overview: We are looking for a part-time legal secretary to provide administrative support to our Partners and Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide extensive administrative support to Partners and Associates.
  • Amend complex documents.
  • Organise travel arrangements.
  • Manage diaries and calendars.
  • Prepare and review legal documentation.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a background in a law firm, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

They will possess fast, accurate typing skills and advanced IT proficiency, as well as a conscientious approach to their working career.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
