Key Responsibilities
Inspire and guide your team, adhering to our Leadership and Company Principles Quickly address challenges and assign tasks effectively Foster a supportive atmosphere for your colleagues to thrive Oversee store operations and team members in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager Manage product freshness, cash handling, inventory, and stock control to ensure seamless shift operations Deliver exceptional customer service during every store visit Required Qualifications
Proven experience in leading a team to meet objectives in a fast-paced retail setting Strong ability to delegate tasks and motivate team members Composed and friendly demeanor, capable of maintaining calm in challenging situations Enthusiasm for contributing as a vital member of the Store Team A proactive approach to supporting colleagues' development and enhancing store operations Benefits Offered
