Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of sales associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales growth: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain store standards: You will be responsible for ensuring that the store is maintained to the highest standards, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and stock levels.
- Manage store operations: You will be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Analyse sales data: You will be responsible for analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:
