We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our procurement team, which currently comprises three members.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Administrator, your duties will include:
- Utilizing a CRM/ERP system to document and manage all procurement activities.
- Addressing stock delivery challenges and providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Engaging in bi-weekly meetings with the sales team to ensure effective communication of requirements and share any pertinent information or concerns.
- Collaborating with various departments, including production, kitting, warehouse, and logistics, to coordinate schedules for collections and deliveries.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers through professional communication via phone and email.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and planning supply accordingly.
- Maintaining organized administrative practices and ensuring good housekeeping.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The perfect candidate for the Procurement Administrator role will possess:
- Experience in purchasing, which would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in the complete Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- A valid UK driving license is essential.
