As a Procurement Coordinator, you will actively contribute to fostering and enhancing these enduring partnerships.



Competitive Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000. We offer a welcoming family-oriented environment, featuring a vibrant open-plan office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing a CRM/ERP system to document and manage all activities.

Addressing stock delivery challenges and communicating pertinent updates to the organization. Engaging in bi-weekly meetings with the sales team to exchange requirements and share any new information, concerns, or notes. Collaborating with various departments, including production, kitting, warehouse, and logistics, to discuss and prepare schedules for collections, deliveries, and more.

Maintaining close communication with suppliers, ensuring professional interactions via telephone and email. Monitoring and managing stock levels, forecasting demand, and preparing/planning supply accordingly. Upholding excellent organizational practices through general administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles is essential.
  • Experience in procurement is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in the complete Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems will be advantageous.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
