**Personal Assistant**

gap trading is seeking a Personal Assistant (Director of Procurement & Deputy Director) to join the team in Salisbury, SP1.

The Personal Assistant will support the executive in daily activities and duties, including:

- Performing administrative tasks and duties; including scheduling appointments, setting up meetings, preparing documents, and preparing travel arrangements.
- Assisting the executive with personal errands and duties.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors, employees, and others.
- Managing the executive’s calendar and personal schedule.
- Assisting with the executive’s travel arrangements. Travel to meetings, conferences, and other travel as needed. Travel to client sites as needed. Travel to our other offices as needed. Travel to our other offices as needed. Travel to our other offices as needed.
- To provide a comprehensive, high quality organisational and administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director of Procurement.
- To work to ensure the administrative function in procurement is supported.
- To have current knowledge and an understanding of the key issues and service developments associated with the procurement department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years of related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision required; ability to work under deadlines preferred; ability to work well under pressure required; ability to multitask effectively; ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for the executive including: answering phones; scheduling appointments; preparing meeting agendas and minutes; preparing travel itineraries; preparing expense reports; managing calendars; managing personal errands for the executive; maintaining office supplies inventory; ordering supplies when necessary; reporting concerns regarding services provided by the client

**Salary**: £11.20-£12.35 per hour
