Become our Sales Person and be part of something special
We are looking for a Sales Person to help prospective owners see the benefits of holiday home ownership with Lovat Parks at our stunning Green Hill Farm Holiday Village. Set in the New Forest National Park with winding forest trails and expansive heathland, the park offers ownership opportunities for families wanting to get back to nature.
**Pay**: Salary from £30,000 with OTE c.£80,000 per annum
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full time
**Live In**: Not available with this role
**What will you do?**
- Build relationships with current owners and holiday guests to create sales and part exchange opportunities
- Sell holiday home ownership with professionalism, integrity and in keeping with our values
- Develop leads by assisting with the creation of effective marketing
- Ensure appointments and all administrative tasks are kept up to date
- Work collaboratively across the park and wider business where required
**What are we looking for?**
A real self-starter with proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets whilst working in a small team within the holiday home industry.
We want someone who understands selling holiday homes on relaxing, boutique parks where the emphasis is on you to effect change and drive your own performance. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate that you can build trust naturally and be comfortable in creating your own leads, as well as working with those generated centrally.
