Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and follow-up
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle confidential information with integrity

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in office software such as Google Suite for document management
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management

Pay: £400.00 per week
