Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Support Specialist to become a vital part of our client's energetic sales team.

About Our Client

Our client stands at the forefront of the telecommunications sector, collaborating with some of the most prominent names in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilizing a CRM/ERP platform to manage and document all activities.
  • Maintaining professional and supportive communication with clients through various channels.
  • Aiming for excellence in customer satisfaction and assisting fellow sales team members to prioritize client needs.
  • Handling administrative duties related to proposals or bids, including the integration of Bills of Materials into the CRM.
  • Collaborating with other departments (procurement, assembly, logistics) to alleviate workload and meet deadlines.
  • Working closely with Business Development personnel to help achieve sales objectives.
  • Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the products and services to facilitate upselling and explore additional sales avenues.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The perfect candidate will possess:

  • Experience in technical sales, particularly within the engineering or electronics sectors.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls to clients.
  • A background in sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
  • A valid UK driving license.
